The design principle of domestic mainstream threading machines was first developed by our company. Our threading products have obtained a total of three national patents, including one national invention patent, and have won the Second Prize of the Gansu Province Patent Award (provincial/ministerial level). We can set the parameters for the threading process, pipe body, and coupling according to the operational requirements. Meanwhile, the equipment optimizes control parameters in real-time based on factors such as oil temperature, load changes, and component performance degradation during system operation. By continuously adjusting control variables such as the displacement of the hydraulic pump and the opening size of the servo valve, the system maintains an efficient and energy-saving operational state, even under complex and variable working conditions, thereby minimizing energy consumption to the greatest extent possible.

The threading machine adopts a three-jaw plate clamping structure with roller climbing for safe and stable operation. The rollers, shafts, and slope plates are manufactured from high-strength special alloy structural steel. The equipment has a service life of over 15 years.
