Type AC?They are commonly installed in homes and meant to be used for alternating sinusoidal residual current to offer inductive, capacitive, or resistive equipment. These RCBOs operate instantaneously to detect imbalance and do not have a time delay.
Type A?Are used for residual pulsating DC of up to 6mA and alternating sinusoidal residual current
Type B?They are used for three and single-phase equipment such as escalators, lifts, photovoltaic systems, welding equipment, and inverters.
They can be used as protection devices for 240V double-phase network or 415V three-phase circuits.
Its maximum rated current reaches 63A, and the minimum leakage current has 4 options: 10mA, 30mA, 100mA, and 300mA.
The RCBO is equipped with an indication window and a reset button to distinguish between residual current trips (reset button pops up) and overload trips (indication window turns red).
The RCBO is in three or five DIN modules, so it is easier to install than the common solution MCB + add-on blocks.
