What are energy containers?

Energy containers are mainly used in various power generation systems, such as solar power, wind power, geothermal power and so on. Previously, energy storage cabinets were powered by lead-acid batteries. With the use of lithium batteries, a lot of space can be saved, and they are easy to carry. The main thing is that lithium batteries have a long life. Energy storage containers are also known as PCS containers and battery containers.

It is essentially a simple plug-and-play system consisting of a lithium iron phosphate battery pack, a lithium solar charge controller, and an inverter at the required voltage.
And the energy storage container integrates a full set of energy storage systems inside, including a fire protection system, BMS module, rack, battery unit, HVAC, DC screen, and PCS.

The energy storage container is designed as a frame structure. One side of the box is equipped with PLC cabinet, battery rack, transformer cabinet, power supply cabinet, and energy storage power conversion system fixing frame. In addition, the container is equipped with ventilation openings.
The components in the energy storage container are divided into two rows and arranged on both sides of the container, leaving a passage in the center. Detailed information is located on both sides of the container. They can be positioned on the inner side wall of the container to increase the reliability of fixing. The center channel facilitates workers' inspection and maintenance. No obstruction, smooth ventilation, reasonable layout, simple structure, the box structure is designed for a service life of not less than 20 years, and the outer surface of the box is strictly treated. The paint surface is even, delicate and smooth.
