Functional overviewThis machine is suitable for the production process of automatic packaging of soft-packed lithium-ion batteries. Main functions: connecting with the glue winding machine (feeding from the plastic suction tray filled with batteries to the top sealing machine), preheating and pressing the bare battery, taking photos with CCD (positioning), folding the tab, scanning the code on the tab (front and back), servo punching, robot arm grabbing the bare battery into the pit, top sealing, side sealing, side cutting, corner pre-sealing, short circuit testing, code spraying, battery scanning and CCD measurement.
