The company has built a full-process production line for large-size graphite and carbon electrodes with an annual capacity of 120,000 tons.

The company mainly produces large-size 1272 and 1320 graphite and carbon electrodes, which are primarily used in industrial silicon smelting furnaces. The company has achieved complete independent control in technology, production, process, and quality.

The production line uses petroleum coke as the main raw material and coal tar pitch as a binder. The products are refined through processes such as calcination, batching, kneading, molding, baking, graphitization, and machining to ensure excellent performance and meet market demands.
