The N32M417 series employs a 32-bit Arm? Cortex?-M4F core with a maximum operating frequency of 128MHz It supports floating-point operations and DSP instructions integrating up to 64KB of embedded encrypted Flash and 16KB of SRAM These MCUs feature a rich set of high-performance analog devices including one 12-bit 47Msps ADC three high-speed comparators and up to four operational amplifiers They also support multiple digital communication interfaces such as U(S)ART I2C SPI and CAN The N32M417 chip integrates a three-phase brushless DC motor driver controller with 6N MOSFET drivers and supports a maximum operating voltage of 250V
